- The pigment diluent is designed for permanent makeup artists, allowing them to create the desired pigment consistency and also lighten the color.
- Specially formulated to match the chemical composition of Tinel brand pigments.
How to use:
Add a drop of the diluent to the pigment and shake thoroughly.
The pigment is now ready for use.
